The Company offers a wide range of services from large commercial projects to small home improvements. The Company’s scope of work includes new construction, remodeling, metal stud framing, drywall repairs and acoustic ceiling removal. The Company’s primary service is steel stud framing with drywall hanging, taping, and finishing (54% of sales). The Company also provides patching (20%), drywall hanging (15%) and other miscellaneous services that include demolition, installing t-bar ceiling grid, painting, etc. (10% combined).

• Superior Name and Reputation: The Company enjoys a long-standing (45+ year) reputation for quality products and superior customer support. The Company is well known for its expertise on meeting the needs of complex, fast track projects.

• Low Employee Turnover: The Company values its staff and their experience and that treatment is
reflected in a low employee turnover rate. Most of the Company’s employees have been with the
Company for close to 20 years.

• Scalable Operating Expenses: The Company has built an effective organization capable of sustaining
projected growth. The Company maintains fixed operating expenditures, and future revenue growth will greatly improve profitability. Any increase in revenue will not result in meaningful changes to projected operating expenses.

• Modest Ongoing Capital Investment Requirements: The need for capital expenditures is minimal
moving forward. Capital expenditures are conservatively projected at approximately $5,000 per annum in order to support continued operational efficiency.
