Wisable is currently serving as the financial advisor to "Spark," a preeminent solar energy advisory and project execution firm that caters to commercial, industrial, and municipal clients in the New England region of the U.S.
The Company operates through two segments:
1) Solar Advisory Services: Owner’s representation advisory and technical support for clean energy project development, primarily during the feasibility, procurement, and award phases
2) EPC Project Execution: Turnkey Engineer, Procure, and Construct (EPC) execution services, managing solar assets projects from initial site analysis and engineering to procurement, construction, and final utility commissioning
Spark possesses a high-margin, capital-efficient, and scalable business model, evidenced by a proven track record of over 350 completed projects since 2017 and a loyal, repeat client base.
