- FCO, established in 2006, is a fly shop in Philipsburg Montana. We added, Jackalope Java, our coffee shop, in 2021. Every facet of the business is in place - vendor acquisition, website, social media, long standing customer base. All fixtures, including fly bins, displays, grid wall, counters, tables, chairs are included as are the espresso machine, ice maker, and computers. Plenty of and off street parking available. The building we lease is in great shape and representative of Pburg's history. We are in year 2 of a 3 year lease.
