We are looking for a partner or to possibly sell our Water-sports company and Dive Center located in Key West of the Florida Keys. This business is multi-faceted, as we currently conduct dive training and run dive and snorkel charters, sunset cruises, and sandbar private charters on our large COI vessel, as well as have a small retail shop. We are open and running daily and have had sustained growth and profitability over the last 9 years. We have exclusivity for our SNUBA activity in the Key West area and have held contracts with all major cruise lines that port in Key West.
