In short this is a business that we mostly move furniture and then we resell furniture as well. The unique part that makes this business great is we have relationships with specific customers so we have regular work without advertising. And the type of work is quick moves (not whole house) for a great profit. We then also have the opportunity to resell a lot of furniture which accounts for another revenue stream. We have a very niche market that we have perfected really and is ready for a new owner to expand even further with. Immediately you could advertise and get more jobs if you'd like since we have the trucks and trailers and workers to do so. The new owner could also rent out the trailers if they would like to having even more revenue streams. The customers that we primary work with are also expanding and we expect work load to grow with them as well.
