In recent years the project mix has been approximately 90% new construction and 10% remodel projects. Other than the active shareholders, the employee base totals 20 full-time and 3 part-time personnel, including in-house crews covering plumbing, steelwork, masonry, electrical, and finishing; and one field manager and one clerical/administrative manager.
