In short this is a business that we mostly move furniture and then we resell furniture as well. The unique part that makes this business great is we have relationships with specific customers so we have regular work without advertising. And the type of work is quick moves (not whole house) for a great profit. We then also have the opportunity to resell a lot of furniture which accounts for another revenue stream. We have a very niche market that we have perfected really and is ready for a new owner to expand even further with. Which on the surface seems like there is a lot of competition; however, we have a niche market with select customers that we have been able to build a relationship with that gives us steady work without advertising. And the kind of work most movers would love to have. Most jobs are short and well paid (this isn't whole house movers or things of that sort). We also have the expertise and equipment to expand if we did advertise, we also have the capability of renting out trailers which we have not done either so there are more lines of revenue that can be quickly leveraged.
