- we believe the growth and expansion possibilities are almost endless. more marketing options available for such a unique property, weddings, retreats, events, etc. Current marketing efforts create large number of leads for various types of events plus many repeat guests from just last year. Would recommend adding a pool, which would greatly increase the potential airbnb and similar listings revenue, could add several tiny homes on the property to increase overnight options for smaller groups (as sometimes the 5500 house is too big and expensive for a small family getaway). Church group retreats one of fastest growing opportunities and pool would increase that. Could add golf tee boxes as we get a lot of golf groups staying, as well as doing more nightly dinners, parties, etc for the lake community as there are limited options in the area. Would recommend looking into adding some occasional dining options as those are also limited in the area.
