Business Description
Founded in 2022, the businesses mission was to make a gourmet “food service baklava” and wholesale it to restaurants, grocery stores, caterers, flag hotels and food distributors, in addition to a modest online-retail-sales to the public.

Initially, the business was operated out of a pizzeria that opened only for dinner and the staff used their ovens; essentially renting their kitchen for a few hours a day. In 2008, the business purchased a warehouse unit and converted into a state-of-the-art bakery kitchen. In 2008, the business was converted into a LLC and started operating from the new kitchen. This immediately brought more business from flag hotels, caterers and restaurants who wanted to carry premium baklava. In 2012 the business became a vendor of SYSCO Foods, for the Luna Grill chain. As of 2018, the business has become a S-Corp.
