There is one additional mattress store located .5 miles from this location that is a regional chain with approximately 30 locations in the DFW metroplex. Since 1990, Rockwall has grown in population from 4,000 to 44,000 and at a rate of approximately 3% per year in recent years. Surrounding areas such as Fate, Rowlett and Heath have grown in population at incredible rates as well.
