- Our shop is located in prime location right off of HWY 13 in Eagan, MN. We have long time fleet clients dating all the way back to the start of our business in 1989. We service 10 major fleet customers and many smaller fleet clients as well. Our shop keeps very busy and Owners are looking to retire. This Mechanic shop will come with everything you need to run it. 3 Hoists, 1 frame rack, a fully functional paint booth, a tow truck, 2 loaner vehicles, A tire machine, and wheel balancer, an alignment machine, a scanner, 30 stock tires for our big fleets. around 500 gallons of oil and oil filters are in stock for most of the fleets we service.
