In addition to typical dry cleaning we have contracts with half a dozen restoration companies that use us exclusively. This is high margin business with low stress because it can be done on an as needed basis.
Additionally, the business is being run by a manager who does all the hiring and firing of pressers and washers as well as the front desk. She handles the scheduling and the owner does payroll and checks in from time to time.
