We are selling a multi-decade swimming pool construction company in Collier County. The company has amazing staff, location, and reviews. The company has delivered over $700,000+ in annual profit since 2022. We are willing to stay with the company for a period of six months to one year, if desired.
For a 100% purchase, we are seeking five times annual profit ($3.5 million), with half due upon signing. We will consider other options with a minimum down payment of $1.5 million upon signing. A purchase described above would deliver a 100% debt free company with a long-term lease in place. We already have an offer from a qualified purchaser, but would like to test the waters before making a final decision.
We require a signed NDA and proof of immediately available funds before we can provide any information. We have experience selling another company and spent weeks discussing the process with very nice people who were unable to finalize a deal.
