Business Description
We are in our 29th year and have always been in the business of helping our customers with car and truck problems as honestly as possible. Our reputation is excellent in our community. We have a core group of commercial customers that rely on us to keep their fleets moving. We have a 4.5 goggle rating at present and are working hard to get it higher. We offer our customers financing and can generate estimates that allow them to plan into the future to keep their vehicle running. We offer superior diagnostics with both experience based and electronic testing based approaches. We offers small engine repair as well as computer diagnostics for cars and trucks. We do a lot of electrical diagnostics such as battery drains and no starts. We do lots of tire and alignment work and are considered experts on tires and the best tire for any application. We do mechanical repairs of most types and are a State Inspection Station. Brake work, front end work and 4 wheel drive work are all things we do daily. We are a Jasper dealer and that gives us access to the very best rebuilt engines and transmissions in the industry. We are a warranty provider for Silver Rock which is Carvana's warranty company. We work with most of the aftermarket warranty companies, although some of them we have to refuse, if they don't want to pay for a complete repair or a fair price. As a AAA approved garage all AAA tows come to unless the customer directs otherwise. We feature a 2 year 24,000 mile nationwide warranty program through the NAPA Auto Care program. We use the Identifix system to minimize diagnostic time. Most of our parts are ordered on line, and our suppliers discount to us for using their systems. We use Winworks Autoshop for our POS system, inventory control, financials and management reporting. We do our own payroll on line with Quick Books payroll. We use IATN troubleshoter as well as shop manuals with estimators from Motor. We are also a Technet Care Car Center and as ACDelco Professional service center. We have 3 asymetric 9000# Challenger lifts and one symmetric 12,000# lift all are two post above ground. We feature Hunter alignment equipment and a high end Hunter tire changer that can do up to 24" tires. We heat the shop with a Clean Burn 175,000Btu oil furnace that burns our waste oil and have storage for 1050 gallons which is normally plenty to get us through the winter. We have bulk oil dispensing equipment with 4 nozzles and meters that belong to the shop. We heat the front with natural gas and have central air. That system was replaced 4 years ago and is a high efficiency system. The roof on the entire building was replaced during the summer of 2025 and includes additional insulation for the roof. The shop has two 80 gallon two stage air compressors. We have a Hunter on the car brake lathe, an Ammco brake lathe and newer Coats wheel balancer. We have two SNAP-On Solus scan tools and an Autel Maxis Ultra with lab scope and video monitoring. We are fully equipped to cut automotive keys from codes and keys. We have Autel and Top Don programmers and a Dolphin key machine. We can do remote start systems and remotes. We program computers for most brands with a Bosch Master tech, Tech2 GM tool and a leased OPUS CarDAQ. We keep about all the specialty tools that we need in the office and the front area. Everything from taps and dies to 4 wheel drive tools and a hydraulic press. We do some trailers as needed and have electrical testers for the various lighting systems and configurations. We work on many types of small engines: chain saws, generators, mowers riders and once in a while a small tractor. We are dealers for Stens and Rotory which are the two largest suppliers for small engines and supplies. It is really nice to have a saw or a mower to give a technician that is waiting on parts or between jobs. The POS system tracks all the tickets and keeps the commissions for each technician.

Complete business that is currently in operation under a very competent manager that is also our best technician. Completely equipped shop with automotive and light to medium truck competency. We specialize in electrical and electronics. We program computers, remotes and keys. We have Hunter alignment and state of the art tire equipment. Lots of training material and subscriptions. Computers with inventory, shop management, point of sale with electronic checks and most credit cards. Including on line parts ordering and estimating systems.
Market Outlook / Competition
We are growing and a lot of our competition has gone away over the years. We have about 20 commercial accounts that pay in full every 30 days, this is normally $10,000. to $20,000. a month. We moved from a smaller shop about a block away 18 years ago and were very lucky to get our current location. We have retained a lot of our customers even back to the 60"s. We get a lot of referrals from other shops and good many from car dealers that no longer want to service older vehicles.
Opportunities for Growth
Very few shops have been able to keep up with the tech that has come to the automotive and security systems on modern cars. We do push button starts systems, computers and busing systems. We have recently added a new company to take over our website and on line presence. This includes texting our customers to get reviews from them and make sure they are happy. We would love to get into the advanced drivers aid system repair and calibration in the future.

Transition Support
We have lots of training in the form of books, DVDs and subscriptions. The shop is currently operating under a strong young manager who would very much like to stay. Our existing accountant would be willing to help during the transition and stay on. Training on our computer system is included with the our on going support agreement with them. We have a good crew.
