What You bring:
Proven experience in Equipment Maintenance, Project Management, B2B Sales, Employee Relations / Retention, Customer Relations / Retention, Business & Financial Acumen .
The desire to transition from Technician to Manager to Owner.
A small initial capital investment with a "sweat-equity" performance milestones mindset.
