- The facility is leased. It's a good location on a major thoroughfare in the northern Austin metro area. The lease is month to month. The rent is $3,500 per month. The building is about 3,500 sf so this is pretty much market rent and could be a little below. We are negotiating a new rental amount from the landlord. We think the new rental rate will be the same or similar.
