- Market Outlook / Competition
- Prime location - one block away from the State Theatre, lots of foot traffic. This is a unique business that offers cafe, bar, literary offerings and events with an upscale feel all in one place. There are no other locations that match this offering. There are bars in the area and some cafes in the area. One or two offer coffee & bar services however none have that plus events & book purchases. We also have a much larger capacity at over 3900 sq ft - most other venues are less than half that.
- Opportunities for Growth
- 1) Coffee expansion - currently only servicing it's own location. A coffee subscription, wholesale, white label coffee and/or supplying restaurants/other cafes /retail locations
