I started building my Amazon store in 2019 with a goal of creating predictable income as well as a store that does not require much of my attention. Fast forward seven years, that's exactly what I have built. A predictable income store that is mostly subscription based that requires less than an hour a month of my time.

The entire store is run by one virtual assistant that takes care of everything for me. I also utilize a 3pl Service that picks and packs all my products so I never have to store products and I never have to see or touch my products. The beautiful thing about the office category that we sell in is I started this store during the pandemic. Everybody was moving out of offices and many sellers stopped selling office supplies because they thought that they could predict the future and that many offices would close down.

We primarily sell products in the office supply category so we supply products to offices, schools, universities etc. The top sellers in our catalog consists of : Epson Ultra premium photo glossy paper, Canon luster photo paper, Sharpie permanent markers, CannonInk Glossy Photo Paper, Epson bright white pro printer paper, Cannon Ivy Photo Sticker Paper amongst others.

The store did $865,876 in sales in the past 12 months and a net profit of $117,345

Many sellers were correct with that assumption, but what they did not assume is that once you withdraw from your distributor, they will never open up your account again. This resulted in much less competition and I continued selling through the office supply niche and now I dominate every single product category I sell in because I've been selling in these categories for seven years and I've been winning the buy box consistently.

The biggest bottleneck in this business is that I cannot keep the products in stock. I have reinvested every penny for the last two years. However, I am ready to cash out my chips since my wife and I want to buy a primary residence.

The new owner needs no e-commerce experience at all. Everything is extremely well documented and the store runs itself (with the help of 1 virtual assistant). The store itself is in immaculate condition with really good reviews and it has never been suspended.
