Market Outlook / Competition
Both providers at Omaha Med Spa (two NP's) offered to buy the business in June 2025. The LOI was for 2 million. Potential buyers switched lawyers and financial advisors during the due diligence phase and ended up offering a much lower amount. At the same time, revenue dropped in 2025 as the two NP's underperformed promoting med spa services. The "deal" fell through and both providers left Apr 30, 2026. Dr Abbott, owner, came to Omaha and stayed full time for 4 months (Mar - June) to hire and train two new providers (both PA-C's) and two new receptionists. One NP broke her employment contractual commitment to "Non-solicitation of patients of Omaha Med spa for one year" and took a portion of the client base to her new med spa location. Currently Omaha Med Spa is working to retain clients and rebuild the client base. 2026 P&L will reflect a decline in revenue and profit. Owner wishes to sell business and focus on new venture in Arizona where he lives. Business priced to sell quickly.
Opportunities for Growth
The aesthetics, diet and testosterone markets have grown steadily over the past and are projected to continue to grow. Omaha Med Spa has a strong track record of success and became one of the largest players in the Omaha metro (Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion & LaVista) of 1 million people. Location in high income zip code. Buyer needs to invest in marketing and renewed social media presence to restore growth, revenue and profit. Google review ranking 4.9/5 with 405 reviews. Trademarks. Large office could incorporate esthetician & massage therapist to grow revenue. Medical equipment is modern and in demand. Replacement cost of 3 items of equipment alone is $600,000 (1. Votiva Platform with Morpheus8 face/neck handpiece and Body handpiece, FormaV handpiece 2. Evolve X platform with Tite, Tone and Transform applicators 3. Evoke platform with cheek and chin applicators). Non-surgical med spa at this time, but relationship with a plastic surgeon could be of mutual benefit.
