We sign a lease with the apartment building owner and install Coin Operated and/or Mobile Pay Washers and Dryers in the laundry room. The owner of the building gets a % of the income from the machines. The owner of the building pays the water, gas, and electric. Our company is responsible to maintain the machines and collect income and send checks to owners of buildings. and keeps a % of the income based on the lease signed with the owner of the building.
