We generate about 8 to 15 leads per day of potential new customers and spend just a few minutes on the phone with each. The transition from a potential customer to a paying customer is fairly easy, but it does require you to be good at talking with people and be friendly.
AI (Custom ChatGPT model) handles the entire back-end delivery of the service to clients, and the costs for delivering the service through the OpenAI API are fractions of a cent. This is why our business has such a high margin against expenses. - We are blessed to have almost no competition in our industry. We operate in a very unique, niche industry within the real estate realm. When we bought this business years ago, we had no competition, and still to this day, the market has yet to have any major competitors pop up to compete with us.
