Outstanding FedEx P&D Routes
Business Description
Business Sale Opportunity – Established Rural CSA
After six successful years’ operating 14 CSAs, (9 awards) ownership has decided to retire. With only four CSAs remaining in our portfolio, we will begin divesting the remaining assets individually, starting with our strongest and most profitable operation. While all remaining CSAs perform well, this location is truly a stand-out.
This CSA has been profitable since inception and continues to grow year after year. It services a 100% rural territory spanning from Pueblo, Colorado to the borders of Kansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
A sister CSA in the same terminal may also be offered for sale separately. Due to scale considerations, that operation may be split; details are currently being finalized.
SBA for qualified buyers and we have SBA contacts.
A full packet is available to a qualified buyer with proof of funds of at least 10% of asking price.

Location Overview – Pueblo, Colorado
Pueblo is strategically located approximately 100 miles north of the New Mexico border and 100 miles south of Denver. With a population of roughly 100,000, Pueblo is a blue-collar community known for its strong work ethic and abundant sunshine. It is consistently ranked among the top 10 sunniest cities in the United States. While the area does experience snowfall, it is generally limited compared to much of Colorado.
The region provides an excellent labor pool. Our training team has consistently had success recruiting high-quality drivers, and many Pueblo-based drivers have supported growth by working as contingency drivers over the years, contributing significantly to the rapid and sustainable expansion of our FedEx P&D Portfolio.
Asking Price: $ 3,500,000
