The Opportunity consists of two companies that are both for sale and will collectively be referred to as "the Companies". Company A is a prescription advocacy firm that helps uninsured and underinsured people get financial assistance with high-cost specialty medications. Company A advocates on behalf of employers, advisors & producers, and third-party administrators for employees who are impacted by high-cost medication. Company B is a mail order aggregator that offers mail order pricing options on medication when Company A cannot gain approval for the medication. Company B sources medication from Tier 1 international pharmacies only and works closely with employers to deliver medication quickly and cost effectively.
