Photo Studio/ Content Rental Studio + Coffee Shop Space
Business Description
Palm Studio is a fully equipped, beautifully curated photo studio I built from the ground up as a photographer who wanted a clean, well-lit, inspiring space to shoot in. Before moving to Florida, I lived in New York City and managed a photo studio in SoHo. While working in that fast-paced, creative environment, I got to see firsthand how valuable a clean, well-run, fully equipped studio can be — and how many photographers depend on those spaces to do their work.
When I relocated to West Palm Beach, I realized there wasn’t anything quite like that here. I knew how to build it — and I also knew from experience that a space like this could not only thrive, but fill a real need in the creative community. What started as a space for my own clients quickly turned into a busy rental spot for other photographers, videographers, and content creators.
The studio features professional lighting, multiple backdrop setups, and thoughtfully designed decor — everything someone would need to just walk in and create. It's currently booked primarily by photographers, but there’s so much more room to grow.
The space is located right in the heart of Northwood Village, a vibrant, up-and-coming arts district of West Palm Beach that’s often compared to Wynwood in Miami. It’s filled with creatives, small businesses, and people looking for unique spaces and experiences. Palm Studio sits on the main street, with incredible foot traffic and character. My direct neighbors include a local hair salon, a record store that doubles as a paint studio, and a popular French restaurant that draws a crowd every weekend. The neighborhood’s creative energy is a huge asset — people walk by and want to know what’s going on inside.
Another standout feature is the attached café storefront. It’s fully set up and can be used to enhance the studio experience or rented to another vendor for passive income.
Using the space as an event hall/ event space also works it has so much potential to be an event hall. I've had clients rent out the space for a whole day to host baby showers, birthday parties and even a small wedding. The space can fit 40 people comfortably.
Between photo rentals, small events, and the café, this space offers multiple revenue streams and a ton of flexibility.
With 35 five-star reviews on Google, an established client base, consistent bookings, and a great landlord, Palm Studio is a rare opportunity in West Palm Beach. It’s ideal for a photographer, creative entrepreneur, or small team looking for a turnkey business with built-in potential. You could expand through more rental hours, workshops, pop-up events, styled shoots, or creative collaborations.
It’s bittersweet to sell, but I’m moving back to New York and traveling often for work. I’m hoping someone will see the soul in this space and take it even further.
