Business Description
An established online trading-card business, running since September 2024 and offered as one going concern.

We sell collectible trading cards: sealed boosters and boxes, graded slabs, singles and mystery boxes. Most of it is Pokémon in English, Japanese and Chinese, along with One Piece, Weiss Schwarz and licensed sports and entertainment lines. There are two sales channels. One is our own e-commerce storefront on a major hosted platform. The other is an established seller account on a leading live-selling marketplace. A buy-list page brings stock in below market and supplies both.

One thing worth calling out on its own. We hold established distributor
accounts for English sealed product. Those are not handed out. Distributors
want a real business with a tax ID, a trading history and volume behind it,
and most new sellers never get through that gate. It means buying English
sealed at distributor cost with allocation on new releases, instead of paying
secondary market prices the way most resellers have to. The relationships
transfer as introductions, and each distributor approves a change of ownership
on its own terms.

More than 1,700 orders have gone out so far. What makes this business worth buying is the buyer base. Over 95% of storefront orders come from customers who have ordered before. In a market where most sellers move product to strangers once and never see them again, that number is the business. These are people who know us and keep coming back, and they are the main thing being sold here.

There is also a gaming platform, built during 2026 and wired directly into the store's own catalog. It runs to more than 280,000 lines of code across five game formats and is live right now with users who show up daily. It has a site-wide community reward meter, a player wallet, leaderboards, badges, a collection binder, referrals, prize redemption and shipping fulfillment, a live streaming layer with chat and prediction overlays, full admin control over the game economy, and provably fair randomization with a public verification page. It has not been monetized yet, so it is priced as a strategic asset rather than at what it cost to build.

One thing a buyer should know up front. The storefront is under-stocked. Only a minority of listings currently carry inventory, and revenue softened while the year's effort went into building the platform. That is also the clearest opportunity here. The sales channel works, the demand is proven, and it is running on a thin catalog. The fix is inventory.

The sale includes the platform codebase, artwork and infrastructure, roughly $10,000 of sealed inventory at cost, the domain and all brand assets, the storefront with its custom theme and 2026 technical SEO work, the marketplace seller account subject to that platform's approval, the customer email list and community, introductions to our distributors and grading channel, and transition support on terms we can work out.

The business is home-based, fully relocatable, and run part-time by its two owners. It sells as one piece. The storefront, the live channel and the platform do not go separately, and the price is payable in full at closing.

Full financials, revenue by year and channel, customer and order data, live platform access and a code walkthrough are available to qualified buyers under NDA. Serious inquiries only.

Facilities & Assets
Home-based with no lease or premises obligation. Fulfilment is pack-and-ship and can run from any location. The storefront is hosted on a major e-commerce platform and the gaming platform runs on cloud infrastructure; both transfer with the sale.
Market Outlook / Competition
Trading-card resale is crowded and the prices are public. The major online marketplaces, the live-selling apps and thousands of independent stores all sell more or less the same sealed product at more or less the same price.

We don't compete on price. We compete on the fact that our customers know us and come back. Over 95% of orders come from returning buyers, in a market where a repeat rate in the teens is normal. Live selling is what builds those relationships and the storefront is where people spend.

The gaming platform is the part no competitor our size has. Most independent sellers rent attention on somebody else's marketplace and make money off a customer once per transaction. This business owns its own engagement layer, built to earn from the same audience more than once, and it is connected to our own catalog.
Opportunities for Growth
Restock the catalog. Most listings are out of stock. Working capital in SKUs that have already proven they sell is the fastest move available, and the recent revenue dip tracks it almost exactly.

Switch the platform on. Built, live and used every day, but no revenue model has been turned on. The wallet, paid pack openings and prize redemption are already built and tested.

Work the email list. An established list that has barely been marketed to. Opt-in was only documented on some orders, so re-permission it before commercial use.

Get the live shows going again. The account carried a large share of 2025 revenue and has real trading history. Volume dropped because inventory dropped, not the audience.

Turn on the acquisition channels. Google, Facebook and Instagram are connected to the store and sitting unused. The 2026 technical SEO work is done.

Push the buy list harder. It brings stock in below market, which improves margin on everything resold.
About the Sale
Seller Motivation
Created this business as a hobby & other companies taking my time away from it.
Transition Support
Handover and training are included, and we can work out the length and format. It covers the day-to-day fulfillment work, the live-selling routine, introductions to our distributors and the grading channel, and a full code walkthrough of the gaming platform and its admin controls.
The buyer base here is built on relationships, so we will help you keep those customers through the transition rather than handing over a list and walking away.
Financing Options
Not offered. Purchase price payable in full at closing; earn-out structures will not
