All of these customers have been with my company since 2019. My Company Gilbert Pool Repairs has been in the business since 2007. Gilbert Pool Repairs has over 150 5 Star Reviews on Google. I'm Selling off an easy route in Tempe and Mesa. 8 Customers. Easy Pools. Customer get there filters cleans every 4 months at $100 a piece. 1. D.E Filter every 6 months $110. All my customer pays with debit or credit that I have stored on Square. It will be a very easy transition. The customer won't even know for months that I sold business. I have sold a few routes already. I tell my customers I'm doing remodels and want the name Gilbert Pool Repairs for remodels and I'm changing the name for cleaning side. Then you can introduce yourself after the first month. Or if a customer comes out you introduce yourself and say your the new guy cleaning the pools. If you need training we can provide it at extra cost.
Contract is for 30 days.
You will start the first week of the month.
Half down when you start.
The half 30 days later.
You will be able to collect for that month when you put half down. So right when you start you have already collected $1,375 before even starting.
You get those 30 days and the next 30 days of call support after that you are all on your own. My customers love me and I don't sign crappy pools or customers.
