The Vacation Rental Experts in its 25 years of business has attained thousands of connections and personal friendships with owners and managers worldwide.  We have the ability to put up over 1400 listings on Home Away, Airbnb, a website, Red Week, or where ever we would like to advertise and set a rate at our choosing. On pace to do 1.5-1.7 mil this year with very little overhead. In the last 5-6 months we have discovered a niche that has allowed us to multiply our revenue in the slow season, while keeping our costs down.  This is extremely exciting as we get into the busy season. We project to do 3.5-5 million in revenue in 2026 with low expenses.  An owner with a decent website and the desire to add many hundreds of listings, can take the company to 15-20 million in revenue in a short amount of time.

We currently have over 50 listings on Home Away, 29 listings on RedWeek, with the ability to add many more hundred of listings to easily grow the company at the owners choice.   

Our second area of expertise is renting to over 1400 travel agents, using our travel portal of more than 7000 properties. We are the leader in this space, with so much room to grow. Most of these agents we have met in person at travel Forums and have an excellent relationship with. Our personal dashboard where we manually make photo links in just minutes, immediately adds properties to our travel portal.   We have a connection with a travel show that can easily grow our travel agent members substantially.  We have expertise in many locations in the Caribbean, Hawaii, South Pacific, Mexico, Europe, Florida, mountain area's and more!  We have an incredible reputation with our agents, and word of mouth alone is bringing this number higher every week.  By using points, and taking the photo's and editing the photo's ourselves, we have been able to cut costs way down.

-We have over 7000 professional quality photo links with detailed information of homes and condos with links to owner, manager, search engines, and more.  Easy ability to make photo links for any home or condo within minutes.  Organized in its specific area's.  We also have a separate links location we used in the past with about 3500 more photo links.  We also have a google docs system we used previously with more detailed information on homes and condos we book.

Travel Forum and travel agent connection
We have a Travel Forum connection that we have used to meet in person hundreds of travel agent owners, that each have have anywhere from 5-200 agents that they employ or work through them.  This has allowed us to add hundreds of agents to our travel portal.  When the agents book through us, word spreads quickly.  The agents love us, since nearly every one of them get tons of rental and large group requests, that they just don't know what to do with them.  We have just barely scratched the surface with travel agents.
