Both bedroom are used for storage for paid and unpaid customer items along with storage of office records. Boxes are labeled and arranged by customer. One parking space, comes with the office, is included directly in front of the office door. Ground floor was required due to shipping and delivery of items to make it easy to input and output on a regular basis. The office is old but comfortable and convenient and 100% paid for, though there is a monthly maintenance fee (a small amount) to be paid to the condo association.

- Market Outlook / Competition
- We are one of the main suppliers of business forms and specialty items here on the Big Island. Much of our current market is in the travel/hotel industry but the regular commercial account business, of which we have a decent portion, is wide open. Most of the printing companies here are local shops specializing in walk-in and retail business. Government and University business is normally on a bid & buy basis and we are on some of vendor lists for bid contacts. Off island sales has potential. We are Hilo located, close to downtown, the industrial area, the airport and within short driving distances to the main tourist areas and hotels.
- Opportunities for Growth
- The current owner has been nearing full retirement and has been working well past the Social Security age. Because of this he has not been cold calling or canvassing for new business as a normal sales person would (or should). The business brings in a good profit based on years of good calling on accounts but with an active sales working pattern, the income could increase by a multiplier factor and if more than 1 person was working for the company sales would skyrocket. Untapped commercial accounts, with decent coverage, would generate profits considerably.
