Business Description
We have delivered expert land-care services for residential, commercial, institutional, and public properties across New England from our location halfway between Boston and Providence since 1979 with a focus on designing, building, and maintaining landscapes that are beautiful, functional, and environmentally responsible. In 1998, we became the first company in New England to extensively use compost products for erosion control and stormwater management in addition to our core landscaping work.

We continue to operate a stable and profitable businesses by:
-Consistently employing an average of 21 employees with a strong focus on employee retention
-Maintaining a strong reputation through high quality work and strong customer service, resulting in a strong referral network through clients that has always served as our primary form of marketing
-Being a longtime leader in our service areas by adapting as needed to changing work practices and market trends with a particular focus on environmental responsibility and designing our own patented products where no other comparable solutions exist
-Serving as active members of the community and giving back

We are extremely proud of what we have accomplished over the decades. Our success could not be possible without the support of my dedicated employees and loyal clientele. For all of this, I am truly blessed and grateful!

The two sides of our business have operated in conjunction for the past 28 years, allowing us to provide a broad range of landscaping, storm water management, erosion control and invasives management to our customers. We have been a steady and profitable business consistently over the years, including through the challenges of the 2008 recession and COVID19. Our earning have ranged between $3.4M and $3.9M annually with adjusted EBITDA % ranging from 20-25% over the past four years.

We attribute our long-term success to our leading environmental expertise and passion for the environment, the diversity of our business, the prosperity of our local market, and our strong reputation with many loyal residential, commercial, and institutional customers including MassDOT, the Big Dig, Boston College, Harvard, the Rose Kennedy Greenway, and Boston Property Group.
