We currently lease a half acre fenced in area, with a 3500 sq ft warehouse. Lighting and security cameras in place. In addition, we have 2 8x20 connex boxes for additional storage. There are 2 older 16' flatbeds, 1 12' flatbed, 3 service body crew cab trucks (2 are 2024), 2010 Ford F350 crew can pick-up, 2021 Ford F250 crew cab pick up, and 2022 Cadillac CT4-V company car. In addition, we have every imaginiable piece of on the roof equipment needed to install roofs, all newer and in good condition.
Market Outlook / Competition
Our market area is from Essex Mass to Hanover NH and Brattleboro Vt to Sanford Me. We do 50% private re-roof and 50% new construction. Our customers are public schools, hospitals, municipalities and general contractors. We compete against the areas most well known commercial roofing operations such as Tecta America, Academy, IRC, Northstar etc... We are able to be very competitive against these operations.
Opportunities for Growth
The growth potential is unlimited. Central New England and NH in particular are fundamentally a strong business climate. This business's growth is limited by a lack of office staffing. Since our founding in 2019, I have done all the office work in addition to sales, estimating and project management. At my age and stage of life, I am not inclined to upscale the office to get busier. With some fortitude, the next owners can become millionaires in short order. The business is always there.
