You simply cannot find an account of this size for sale anywhere — they don't exist. A new seller would need 15-20 years to build something comparable. We also recently unlocked unlimited free listings, meaning a new owner can list as many products as they want with zero insertion fees. Most sellers pay for every listing — we don't.

DISTRIBUTOR RELATIONSHIPS:
We hold long-standing relationships with the top national powersports distributors with grandfathered pricing and shipping terms that took years and millions in purchasing volume to earn. These include $0 dropship fees and flat-rate nationwide shipping. These terms are not available to new sellers and are one of the most valuable assets included in this sale.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We currently only have about 30,000 listings up out of millions of products available through our distributors. We recently added just 5,000 new listings as a test and saw an immediate 20% jump in sales that same month. With unlimited free listings, the growth from simply adding more products is practically guaranteed.
We also spend almost ZERO on marketing — no paid ads, no SEO, no email campaigns, nothing. And the business still generates daily sales on autopilot. All of the infrastructure and data is already in place. If someone put real effort into Google Shopping, Meta Ads, Amazon PPC, or even basic email marketing, the sales potential is enormous. The foundation is built — it's just waiting for someone to turn it on.
Amazon and our proprietary website are also massively underutilized — eBay currently drives 85-93% of revenue, meaning two entire sales channels are barely tapped.

OPERATIONS:
The business runs on a drop ship model — you never have to touch the product if you don't want to. It's currently in maintenance mode and we work about 1-2 hours a day on it. Even at this level, it still brings in a great salary for one person. The business is fully relocatable anywhere in the US — the only requirement is a small commercial space, even just a small office, for distributor reps to visit and for occasional customer returns.
You can keep it lean and semi-passive, or scale it into a full shop, dealership, or warehouse operation. The sky is the limit.

TRANSITION & TRAINING:
We will personally train the new owner for 60 days at no cost — covering daily operations, backend systems, catalog management, pricing strategies, and everything we've learned over 8 years. We'll introduce you to every distributor rep and make sure the transition is seamless. Extended support from the co-owner who built the entire backend system is also available on negotiable terms.
