Business Description
Fast-growing lead generation platform serving home services contractors, roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical, across 40+ states. Fully remote.

The business sells exclusive, prepaid leads on a pay-per-lead basis. One lead goes to one contractor, and there are no retainers or long-term contracts. Contractors stay because they only pay for the leads they actually get, which is not how the retainer agencies or the shared-lead marketplaces work.

It is a light business to run. Customers pay before any lead is delivered, so there are no receivables, no inventory and no real capex. The main costs are advertising, the platform, data and payment processing, and those move up and down with lead volume.

Growth has been strong this year. Revenue was up 106% in the first half of 2026, and the EBITDA margin went from the mid-30s to the mid-50s as fixed costs spread over more volume. Trailing twelve months through July 2026 is around $1.85M in revenue, roughly $846K of adjusted EBITDA, and about $956K of SDE. The SDE is calculated after paying a market-rate manager, so it reflects a business the owner does not run day to day. The current owner is on it 10 to 15 hours a week, supervisory only.

The business is being offered alongside SBA financing, with seller financing in place to help a qualified buyer make the deal work. A buyer coming in with $300,000 at closing can acquire it with an SBA 7(a) loan already structured through a national SBA lender, and the seller is carrying a note as part of the deal. There is room to adjust the structure depending on the buyer.

The financials tie to the filed tax returns, the payroll registers and the bank statements, and every adjustment is documented at the transaction level. It is ready for diligence.

One month of hands-on training and transition is included. The full CIM, financial model and lender term sheet are available with a signed NDA.

Facilities & Assets
Home-based and fully remote, with no real estate, inventory or fixed assets conveying. Monthly overhead is minimal. The assets that transfer are the operating engine of the business: established paid-advertising accounts, the CRM and lead-qualification/delivery workflow, vendor and platform relationships, and the active contractor base across 40+ states. A one-month hands-on transition is included, with additional support by agreement.
Market Outlook / Competition
Residential home services contractors, roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical, spend continuously to acquire new customers, which makes lead generation a recurring need rather than a discretionary one. Most alternatives are retainer agencies that charge whether or not leads convert, or shared-lead marketplaces that sell the same lead to several contractors. This business competes by delivering exclusive, pre-qualified leads on a pay-per-lead basis with no retainer and no long-term contract, so contractors carry no fixed cost and no shared competition. That positioning is the main reason contractors stay and repurchase.
Opportunities for Growth
Several lanes are open and largely unexploited. Vertical expansion into adjacent trades such as landscaping, pest control, solar and restoration uses the same acquisition-and-delivery engine. Geographic density within existing states deepens supply without new infrastructure. Channel diversification beyond paid social, into search and other sources, reduces platform dependence and lowers cost per lead. Committed-volume or subscription packages would add revenue visibility, and white-label or partner programs open a wholesale channel. The model is also a natural consolidation platform for smaller lead-generation operators.
About the Sale
Seller Motivation
Owner is pivoting to invest in larger service businesses.
Transition Support
A one-month hands-on transition is included, covering the advertising accounts and campaign setup, vendor and platform relationships, the contractor base, and oversight of the remote team. The owner will transfer the operating playbook for lead generation, qualification and delivery. Additional support beyond the first month is available by mutual agreement. The business runs on documented systems and a staffed team, so day-to-day operations do not depend on the owner.
Financing Options
SBA pre-qualified. Seller financing available. $300K down, qualified buyer.
