This is a highly profitable, fully remote HR consulting business that is turnkey and ready for a new buyer. All billable HR consulting work is performed by our staff who are seasoned with the company, 100% remote and US-based. We handle all 50 US states (no overseas and no in-person work). The owner intentionally does not perform consulting work so can remain more flexible.
The owner currently spends about 15 hours a week on business development building relationships with incoming and existing clients to grow the business.
Roughly 70-80% of monthly income is recurring on a monthly basis. The remainder is new business brought in each month.
Lead channels are seasoned, diversified and bring in plenty of leads each month and can be easily dialed up or down as new buyer requires.
Ideally a buyer would be either a seasoned HR professional or have management in place that would be able to direct our staff of HR professionals as needed.
