A 30 year old business is for sale with many repeat customers coming for the rental items. If you want a way to live in Hawaii, this is how I made it happen for me. I was the third owner of this business buying it in 2016 and running it myself with the help of an employee until 2019. Now I have a 50/50 partner to share the load and it has helped reduce the overhead and increase our income. Now with age comes medical issues and I am wanting to retire and rest my body for a bit. My partner has great knowledge about this business, all the assets, and the industry and would be willing to continue working as a part-time employee or as needed. He likes to work the weekends because his wife has her days off during the week.

A very well established and profitable business that rents motorcycles, low-speed electric vehicles, Polaris Slingshots, and all kinds of beach gear, including beach chairs, Umbrellas, boogie boards, wagons and snorkeling gear. The best motorcycle rental selection on the island and the only one that rents Harley-Davidson big bikes and baggers. A small inside store with a Connex Container for a shop and plenty of outdoor spaces for all the motorized equipment.

- We are one of two motorcycle rental stores on this island. The other rents primarily mopeds and has a couple of small motorcycles for rent. We are also in a higher end market than the other rental shop and have a lot of repeat customers.
- Opportunities for Growth
- After a long absence of renting mopeds, we are investing about $18K and buying more mopeds to have an additional income rental stream. This is to fill a void for people wanting to rent a two-wheeled vehicle, but do not have that endorsement. The price for the company will not change, but the inventory value will go up by $18K.
