Business Description
Priced to Sell with Massive Upside
I started my Amazon FBA store in 2016 and I did not pay much attention to it until around 2021. I wanted to create a store that sells products that people will buy all the time. So after a lot of research, I changed the store in 2021 to be a grocery oriented store that only sells shelf stable products.

The reason for the selection is that people will always buy things such as protein shakes, rice, Peanut butter. Bone broth and spices. We have also worked with several distributors over the years and have found our niche where we are working very closely with a couple of distributors that provides us the very best pricing possible due to my personal connection with the owners of the distribution company.

You will inherit all of the pricing structures and all of the contracts that I have in place. At this point I have one virtual assistant that runs the day to day of the store and I spend roughly two hours a week just reviewing financials and making sure everything is correct.

The store is well documented with all SOPs in place so that a new store owner can come in and run the store without any prior experience needed.

The store did around $524,563 in sales and $86,250 in profit after all expenses were accounted for. If you have significant capital to invest in inventory, you can grow the sales substantially. Unfortunately, I did not have the working capital to keep all the products in stock, so right there is a great growth opportunity for a new owner.

Facilities & Assets
My store has no physical location or facilities since it is an Amazon FBA store.I currently have a 3PL that I'm working with that receives my products from the distributors and then ships them into Amazon FBA centers. I do not have a physical warehouse. I do not store products. I do not touch products.
Opportunities for Growth
Because of my personal relationships with the distributors, we have gotten the very best pricing possible. The pricing structure we have is set in place for larger buyers that are purchasing over $10m a year in product. This allows us to win the buy box constantly and therefore our products are constantly selling out
