Our sub-contracts are with general contractors, like Gilbane, Dustin Construction, etc. We currently have a backlog of fully-executed contracts, yet to still be performed, of $1,024,953. In addition, we have ad hoc orders that come in from satisfied customers throughout the year; this business is not included in this number. Over the past 3 months, an additional $23,000+ of these ad hoc orders have come in, and we expect this business to only grow going forward.

We have not started installation on any of these jobs and have not billed for any work.

- It's a competitive market, but we run our business out of our home, and keep expenses low (so we are able to win our fare share of bids). We perform only commercial work, including multi-family apartments, dorms, condominiums, etc. We focus mainly on larger jobs, and gain economies of scale in so doing.
- Opportunities for Growth
- The sky is the limit. The easiest growth opportunity is to expand geographically. If my wife and I were younger (both in our 60's) we would expand to Virginia and maybe over to the Eastern Shore of MD.
