Business Description

This cafe is in a quaint turn of the century building with charming brick walls, penny tile floors, tin ceilings and oak accents throughout the building. The restaurant received a new kitchen in 2013 to include a Viking six burner stove,a new hood with ansul system, an under counter Hobart dishwasher and various refrigerators and a full sized freezer. It is located in an idyllic small tourist town nestled in a mountain setting with cool weather and a very healthy tourist business. The building also includes an upstairs apartment with wood floors, brick walls, a claw foot bathtub as well as amenities like a washer/dryer. The upstairs has separate utilities to make long term rental easy, but can also be used for short term rental.
The restaurant is a turn key business generating business your first day open. We have won the Sierra Vista Herald Review’s “Best place for Lunch” 3 years in a row. Located in the heart of downtown Bisbee we receive the bulk of the tourist traffic while also enjoying healthy year round local patronage. We offer fresh, made from scratch daily luncheon selections as well as daily baked goods, which include pies, cakes, cookies, cheesecakes, etc. We offer gluten free options as well. And to top it off, we have a restaurant liquor license.
We cannot be beat for location, clientele, tourist traffic and in town support through referrals.

Market Outlook/
We are located in the heart of the tourist are. There is a vegan restaurant across the street, which is open 3 days per week. One block away is the Table, a restaurant offering 3 meals a day. A block and a half away is Ana’s Seasonal Kitchen, offering 2 meals a day.
Growth & Expansion:
Being in a downtown location, there is no room to expand the building. It is certainly feasible to add breakfast and/or dinner to the schedule. The current owner has considered doing tapas 2-3 nights a week. The charming building would lend itself to an evening fare. And the liquor license would certainly add to the appeal of evening service.
There is also a second floor which could be converted from an apartment to additional seating areas for the restaurant.
