Growth & Expansion:
The business model the owners were working towards was designing several of own private labels to make a higher margin. They are currently working with a factory in Bali, Indonesia to design swim at a much lower cost - $10-20 a piece to retail at $130-200. Cost for these suits is less than half of what the company currently pays for wholesale on other brands. The idea is to continue with this model and also bring back the top selling brands to bring attention to their private labels. This will increase sales and profits across the board. Because of cash flow and investment with private labels, this has limited the company on being able to place orders for the other brands so the amount of inventory they have is far less than what they had carried in the past. They also had delays with fabric and production so their inventory did not arrive in time for the beginning of their high season starting in January. With a small cash flow injection and carry through of this plan, there is no doubt ISHINE365 will be back to it’s 2016 numbers (which were over $2.4 million in sales) and beyond.

Current owners are willing to work for 3-6 months for training, consulting and support.

They are also willing to work for the new company for a time period to help with Marketing and creative direction since these were their strongest points. All is open to discussion. They are also happy to continue helping with consulting and further the collaborations with their current contacts. They have some ideas and relationships with great people for several collaborations which they believe would make the business very successful.

You can also expect a couple of weeks for transfer of the assets.

You would receive digital assets including marketing creatives which will be organized neatly along with how-to documentation explaining everything on how to utilize the assets and how to take advantage of further growth.

Current owners would connect you with models, marketers, and swimwear manufacturers which would prove to be very useful to you.
