This business acquires residential real estate from homeowners, performs the renovations through an enterprise that performs the renovations and then sells the improved property for a profit. The present operator pays his spouse to list and sell the property with a real estate commission.

Unlike real estate flippers the reader may be familiar with this operator has eight distinct crews a project manager and an office manager.

Compared to the traditional real estate flipper this is a robust going concern. They are the dominant operator in their market. Their scale allows them to run TV adds. Inquiries therefore are inbound, relieving the operator from the necessity to market in the fashion their smaller competitors follow.

Ten years ago the operator started the business. That original investment of $135,000 is now worth $7.5M if the buyer were to acquire the three business entities.

That is an option however what we offer today is the entity renovating and suggesting the buyer get licensed to retain the sales commissions.
