Market Outlook / Competition
Currently farm to table with vegan and gluten free items as focus. Dinner and Desserts 4 days a week, lunch and separate Speakeasy. Offering local and sustainable animal proteins as well, recent update to menu offering more carnivore and pasta dishes has done very well. There are approximately 20 restaurants in town no one has the patio or type of food that we do. The speakeasy is a 1920s art deco speakeasy offering classic cocktails from the 20s and serves as space to wait for tables, but a luxury lounge for drinks all times of the day, open 7 days.

Lunch was trialed, huge market for brunch/lunch Tuesday-Sunday. Great Numbers for trial. Sunday Brunch Buffet was trialed and did well. Potential for the best brunch in town on Sundays.
