Newly renovated- floor to ceiling, it seats 90 and will often turn aside business long before all seats are full rather than compromise service. Greater profits can be had by adding temporary help to accommodate more seating, but ownership covets its reputation and refuses.
All business comes from referrals, not a dime is paid for advertising. Other restaurants in the area are slow in summer months but not this one. The area is dotted with farms that invite consumers to pick from the orchards and when the picking is done, the business opens its doors to a thriving and expanded market.
