In order to maximize revenue opportunity, the gym rebranded to River North Boxing Fitness in July 2025. One block from the Merchandise Mart (10m visitors annually) and convenient to the Brown Line El train. - Overall, there is no direct competition with boxing studios in River North. The competition is with other studio fitness brands such as Orangetheory, F45, Studio Three, etc. East Bank Club is also a few blocks away but generally their members are not our target clientele. Mayweather Boxing + Fitness is the premier brand in the boxing studio fitness space and is the only boxing club in River North.

- River North BF has many potential avenues for future growth. Internally, there is also great opportunity to grow membership with an owner who focuses on grassroots and social media marketing.
