Six Pack beer and wine take out business located in leased shopping Plaza. This is a PA Liquor Control Board "R" license which can be used primarily in a full service sit down or take out restaurant with kitchen cooking area. Normally mixed drinks are not allowed for take out with "R" license although temporarily due to COVID. This is not a deli license limited to beer sales. Deli license is an "E" license and you cannot sell alcohol or mixed drinks in deli. Deli requires a minimum of 30 chair seating with food available. This "R" license is available in Luzerne County PA (Wilkes-Barre vicinity). It cannot be transferred outside of Luzerne County. Alcohol and mixed drinks have a higher gross profit 5 times higher than beer and 2-3 times higher than wine generally. Be prepared to pay a higher price for an "R" liquor license.
