We have put processes in place that encompass every phase of the process from initial contact with an owner, the bid process, the design process and construction process.
The ideal buyer will have business experience and some construction experience.
We have people in place that have top level construction experience that will stay on.
I will stay on the license for up to a year for a monthly fee if needed.
2024 was a strong year with $2.8 mil in revenue. 2025 was off at $1.3mil due to tariffs, 2026 is on track to get close to 2024. At the current asking price this is a bargain!
