We are an established residential contractor in Scottsdale, AZ. We are on the map page of Google within our service area. We started a video ad campaign several months ago that has created a good lead and bid pipeline.
We have put processed in place that encompass every phase of the process from initial contact with an owner, the bid process, the design process and construction process.
2024 was strong with $2.3mil in revenue.
The ideal buyer will have business experience and some construction experience.
We have people in place that have top level construction experience that will stay on.
Note: I had my compnay listed with a biz broker last year for well over $1mil. I had an offer and got preliminary SBA approval, which took over 6 months.
I will not carry or offer seller financing, or wait for an SBA loan. I have priced this aggressively to attract a serious buyer who has the cash and is ready to buy.
