The first business is a career captive insurance agency with an office in Arizona, and one other state that assist's the needs of the Senior Citizen Community which is the fastest growing demographic today. The products include Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Life Insurance for all ages, Long Term/Home Health care plans and income planning through Annuities.

If the client has a need to change Medicare plans, we can assist with that as long as it is the best interest for our clients.

The company is contracted with new innovative products that have the potential of being an insurance industry game changer.

All agents commissions are assigned to the corporation and paid at current levels based on performance and/or management levels of their team, if the agent is a team leader/trainer.

They also have a second to none training program for new agents. There are seven new agent's within the last six weeks ( as of May 10th, 2018). The new talent receives office training as well as field training..

The company has a number of lead programs available from the nation's largest insurers because of the amount of business they produce. There is also an in house program that will be addressed a little further in this . The company has seven full time employees that assist in the daily operation of the business in Phoenix. Staff handles processing insurance applications, day to day operations and accounting, as well as the key: Great Client Support. The caveat with this company is a lead generation tool for the main operation as they are able to offer the medicare advantage plans to these beneficiaries. This non-profit is receiving more referrals by local physicians than ever before as the community sees the need for this service.

The last business is an independent Insurance Agency that sadly, in the past has been worked very little. This group recruits agents from all over the country to sell products that are offered. The bad. We can recruit agent's that don't always do their job, so retention can be an issue. Many agent's have the mindset to just make enough to get by on, so when a big expense comes it is hard to continue. Things like taxes owed is one example.
