Well established Short Load Concrete Delivery Business that has been owner operated for 20+ years. I purchased about a year and a half ago from the original owner who was based out of Danbury. Business serves New Haven, Fairfield & Litchfield Counties. Material is purchased wholesale at large concrete plants and delivered. No commercial property required to operate, can park truck and trailer in driveway.

Customers love using this company as they can get small loads of material as needed and get a higher level of customer service. We also have a power wheelbarrow buggy that can go behind houses, inside, through gates etc.

Aim for about $450 gross profit per deliver + $100 for wheelbarrow rental. Can do 2-4 deliveries per day depending on route.

Reason for sale is that I have another business requiring my attention and I have not been able to dedicate the time to this operation. Still operating this however.
