Facilities & Assets
The business includes all racking, shelving, display cases, POS equipment, and furnature currently used in the party room and waiting area. There is a separate party room that is used weekly for birthday parties and other events. There is also an enclosed 5" x 5" display table that will remain in the business. Inventory present at the time of sale is in addition to the sales price.
Market Outlook / Competition
My experience has been that the market is very strong for Lego. The region that this store is in encompases Louisville, Superior, Erie, Lafayette, Boulder and surrounding areas. I do not have any serious competition near my store. We are a different type of Lego retailer than the big box stores.
Opportunities for Growth
There is a large opportunity for growth in this area for Lego. There are many schools that would benefit, There are Lego camp and robotics club opportunities. I also am in the early stages of partnering with a large commercial activity center for a Lego night each month. They have thousands of customers that for the most part would be a very large new set of customers for the Lego store.

About the Sale
Seller Motivation
I live in a town 60 miles to the north of the store. I have another older store
Transition Support
I think it is very important to get guidance in running a Lego store. The clientele is very diverse from an age and interest perspective. The buying and selling also requires knowledge on techniques to maximize return. I expect that support and training will take 2-4 months with less frequent support for a few months after that.
