- The market we serve is strong and growing rapidly. We have a 3 to 1 ratio of new to returning customers and are continuing to grow every year and we do NOT advertise, it has all been word of mouth, Google and Facebook, that's it!
There are no other stores like us within a 70 mile radius, many closed during COVID and never reopened, new ones have popped up but failed within 6 months or less.
Personalized customer service, knowledge in the industries and integrity is the key to our success. We opened in Feb. 2019 during COVID and offered wellness advice to our customers throughout the years. The business thrived and expanded into the suite next door in 2021. I was even notified recently that our Facebook page is ready to be monetized!
Our location is easy access to I5 and we are on a busy local street. We have a lot of customers who regularly travel the I5 for business and pleasure, making us a regular stop for all their spiritual and wellness needs. This traffic could be greatly enhanced through marketing/advertising!
