Over 12 concrete plants that produce specialty mixes such as Rapid Set Concrete that sets in 1 hour for DOT highway and airport projects, onsite location concrete production such as islands, mountain tops, deserts, railroad projects, oil refineries planned and unplanned shut downs, marine applications, high density concrete and more. Based in Southern California we have worked in multiple states and 8 airports. 95%+ government projects with prevailing wages. Over $8.75 million of work in progress.

- There is no faster way to repair highways or airports than Rapid Set Concrete. Local ready mix companies refer customers to us because they are not set up to produce the unique types of mixes we produce. We have one competitor for one or two concrete mixes we produce. We are unaware of any competitors for the variety of mixes we have produced. We go to mountain tops or produce off a barges pumping underwater. We produce concrete that is delivered by helicopter to its destination. High density concrete and Heat resistant concrete are also available.
- Opportunities for Growth
- Business has large upside potential with recent infrastructure bills and horrific wildfires destroying 9 thousands of homes within 2 miles of our existing location. Volumetric Mixers are approved by Greenbook to produce concrete. Other states' DOTs are adopting Rapid Set Concrete for freeway repairs. We have worked in several refineries producing non shrink grouts, cutting schedule. We also produce pervious concrete and several other mix designs.
