Up for sale is my auto repair business I have spent 15 years building up! My family and I have had a change of heart and have decided to move to our second home permanently. All of the hard work and time it has taken to have repeat business year after year is exactly what the new owner won’t have to struggle with. You open up the shop in the morning the phones ring, customers contact us through social media, email and some just pop on by! There is ALWAYS work to do and money to be made.

We have a great location inside of a small industrial park with fabulous neighbors who have become customers, but family too. We are next door to a parts store, so the ease of getting parts quickly is a plus. You can really turn over work efficiently. The location is also spacious inside, with four big bays with 14 foot tall doors. All of the lighting I have replaced with upgraded commercial LED fixtures. The gas fired heating furnace also works great. There is plenty of storage for extra equipment along the perimeter of the shop floor and upstairs on the mezzanine.

The sale of this shop is going to come with a TON of excellent and maintained shop equipment, specialty tools, lifts, diagnostics, hardware, computers/monitors and the list goes on. I do have a full inventory of everything that will be included with the sale.
